How do I update my email address?

If you only have a mortgage or loan with us, you won't need a card reader to update your email address in Online Banking. But, if you do any other banking with us, you'll need a card reader.

To update your email address:

  1. In Online Banking, select 'Your details' and then 'Update email address'
  2. Type in your new email address into the 'new email address' box. Then retype it in the 'Confirm email address' box. 
  3. Make sure your email address is correct, then authorise the change using your card reader.
