If you only have a mortgage or loan with us, you won't need a card reader to update your email address in Online Banking. But, if you do any other banking with us, you'll need a card reader.
To update your email address:
- In Online Banking, select 'Your details' and then 'Update email address'
- Type in your new email address into the 'new email address' box. Then retype it in the 'Confirm email address' box.
- Make sure your email address is correct, then authorise the change using your card reader.
