You'll need your mobile app if you have registered for Biometrics or your card reader to change your mobile phone number in Online Banking.
Don't have a card reader? You can order one in Online Banking.
Follow these instructions to change your phone number:
- In Online Banking, select 'your details' and then 'Update mobile phone number'.
- Type in your new number into the 'New mobile number' box. Then retype it in the 'Repeat new mobile number' box.
- Make sure your number and country code are correct, then authorise the change using your card reader.
As a security measure, once you have changed your mobile number you will have to wait 3 full calendar days before you can register for the mobile banking app. During this time, you will not be able to request a mobile banking activation code however you will be able to login to Online Banking.
