To set up alerts on your account:

  1. Log into Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
  2. From the main menu select the 'Alerts' option.
  3. From the 'Alerts' page select the 'Manage alerts' button
  4. You will then be able to view and amend the alerts on your account.

If you cannot see a 'Manage alerts' button you will need to provide us with your email address and/or your mobile phone number using the 'Your details' section of Online Banking.

Please note: If you have provided us with a valid 07 mobile number registered with a UK Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider then you will automatically receive Activity Alerts.
