How do I change my address?

You can notify us of a change to your address using one of the following options:

Call us

If you are a fully registered to use Telephone Banking (you have a PIN and Password to use the service) you can call us and we will update your address over the phone.

Our Telephone Banking service is available Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 1pm. Calls may be recorded.

Visit a branch

You can update your details at your branch. Please remember to take some form of photographic identification such as your passport or driving licence.

Simply complete, print and sign our change of address form (PDF 82KB) and post it to your branch. You can find your branch address by using our branch locator.
