How do I order a new, replacement or additional card-reader?

If you have not yet ordered a card-reader or your card-reader is lost damaged or out of battery power you can order a new one online.

To order a card-reader:

  1. Log in to your Online Banking service at www.onlinebanking.natwestoffshore.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Security' from the left hand menu.
  3. In the 'Using a card-reader' section select 'Order a card-reader'.
  4. Select a reason from the drop down menu.
  5. Click 'Confirm'.

Your card-reader will arrive within 5-7 working days.

If you do not have a debit card for your account we will send you a Online Banking card and PIN for use with the card-reader. Please allow up to 10 working days for the card reader to arrive, and then another 3 working days for the PIN to arrive.

If you have ordered a card-reader that has not yet arrived and you need to make a payment urgently please call telephone banking or visit a branch to arrange a payment.
