I was asked to enter my full PIN, full password and/or use my card-reader when logging into Online Banking

If you notice any significant difference in the details that you are being asked for during login or you suspect that any of your accounts with us have been accessed online by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately.

During the login process we will only ask you for

  • Your 10 digit customer number which starts with your date of birth.
  • 3 random digits from your four digit PIN
  • 3 random characters from your Password.

We will NOT ask you

  • To enter your full PIN.
  • To enter your full Password.
  • For extra verification using your card-reader.
  • For any credit card details.

We will never ask our customers for any personal information by email. You should not respond to any email asking you to divulge your full PIN or password, we would only ever ask for random characters.
