I'm a third party not the account holder. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, NatWest cannot speak to anyone who is not named on the account being discussed (this includes staff members calling on behalf of customers). The only exception to this is where a letter of authority is held and the letter holder is named on the account.

To arrange for someone to be named on the account, please visit a branch. You may need to provide both proof of identity and confirmation of your address.
