To cancel a scheduled transfer online:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments and transfers' from the menu
  3. Select 'Manage scheduled payments' from the 'Make a payment or transfer' section
  4. Select the appropriate scheduled transfer from your list of transfers and follow the instructions on screen

If you have set the transfer date as today's date then the transfer will have been processed and cannot be cancelled.
