Yes, you can amend or cancel a scheduled transfer up to 6.30pm (UK time) on the working day before the transfer is due to leave your account.

To cancel a transfer online:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu
  3. From the 'Make a payment or transfer' section select 'Manage scheduled payments'
  4. Select the appropriate transfer from your list of current Scheduled payments and transfers, then follow the instructions on screen

Step 2 of the cancel scheduled transfer process contains confirmation that the transfer has been cancelled.
