When you add your card to Google Pay, a virtual account number replaces your card details. With Google Pay, your card details are not stored on your device, or disclosed and transmitted when you pay. Your unique virtual account number is used.

If your device is lost or stolen, you can contact us and get your card token suspended.

Digital Wallet support for Apple Pay or Google Pay

You can activate Apple Pay or Google Pay by contacting us via the NatWest International mobile app. You can do this by opening the app and selecting ‘Help’ on the bottom menu and then ‘Message us’. Mobile support is available 24/7. Transcripts may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
