What happens if the debit or credit card that I have registered for Apple Pay is lost or stolen?

You can remove the ability to make payments from credit and debit cards using Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch by visiting iCloud or you can call our dedicated Apple Pay Support Team.

If your debit or credit card is lost or stolen:

Please have your Customer Number & PIN ready when you call. These are the same details you use to log in to Online Banking.
