You may not be receiving paper statements as either a joint account holder or yourself has opted to go paperless and turned off paper statements. To confirm if the account is set to receive paperless statements:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select Statements
- Under `Go paperless` select `Stop or start paper statements by updating your paperless settings`
If your paper statements have not been turned off then please ensure that we have your current address.
