When attempting to use your activation code please double check you are entering both your customer number and activation code correctly.

If you have attempted to use the activation code over 3 times, the code will be locked and you will need a new one.

You will require a new activation code if the original one sent to you has expired.

To obtain a new activation code you simply need to re-register for Online Banking (opens in a new window). If you did not enter a Debit Card Number on your first attempt you may find that entering this avoids the need for an Activation Code

You may be able to gain instant access to your accounts. However if an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or text message.
