You can pay your credit card following the below instructions:

  1. Log in to (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments & transfers' from the main menu
  3. From the 'Make a payment or transfer' menu, select 'Make a payment or transfer'
  4. Select the account you want to pay 'From'
  5. If you are paying your own NatWest International credit card then this should be available in the 'To' drop down list, if not please select 'Pay someone new'
  6. If using the 'Pay someone new' option, enter the credit card providers name, sort code and account number (these are usually on the back of your statement)
    1. If you don't have the credit card providers sort code and account number, please contact them for the information
  7. Enter your 16 digit credit card number as the reference
  8. Enter the amount and date of the payment and select 'Next'
  9. Confirm the details are correct, at this stage you may need to authorise your payment with your mobile app if you have registered for Biometrics or a card-reader (follow on screen instructions)
  10. Select 'Confirm' to complete your payment

The payment will arrive in the requested account within 2 hours however may take longer to appear on your credit card account.

Please also note that if you miss a payment, we will send you a reminder on the day your payment is due.
