I haven't received my Online Banking activation code, what can I do?

You'll need an Online Banking activation code when you register, re-register or open an account with us.

Send by text

We'll send you your code by text message if you have a UK mobile number, or by post.

If we already hold your details on file, you should receive your activation code by text within 48 hours

Send by post

If we don't hold your details, or your details have recently changed, the code will be sent by post.

I haven't heard anything in 7 days or more
