On the home screen tap the ‘Payments’ button on the navigation bar located at the bottom of your screen

  • Tap on the Move money icon to transfer money between your accounts, make a payment to a new or existing payee, pay your contacts and send money abroad
  • Tap on the Request money to send a payment request via link or QR code
  • Tap on the Regular payments icon to view and manage your Direct debits and Standing orders
  • Tap on the Payment settings icon to manage your payees, set your payments limits, view any payments you have sent as a link and manage your scheduled payments and third party permissions
  • Tap on the Security profile icon to Add Biometrics to secure your account without needing a password. Set controls for transaction notifications, Card functions you don’t use, Set Maximum payment amounts and Manage your devices linked to your App. Protect yourself from new scam threats with quick guides to help you identify different types of scams

If you want to make a payment from another account ensure the account displayed at the top of the Payments Hub is set to the account which you want to make the payment from. You can easily swipe to change accounts.
