You can install the NatWest International Mobile Banking App on multiple iOS and Android phones including tablets.

Once downloaded from the App or Play store,  open the Mobile Banking App and follow the instructions below to register:

  1. Please select 'I'm already a customer' and accept out Terms & Conditions
  2. Enter in your Customer Number, followed by your partial PIN and Password
  3. Please confirm your partially displayed mobile phone number
  4. We will then send you an activation code by text message to the mobile phone number which we hold for you.
  5. Enter your Mobile Banking passcode and start using the mobile app!
