How do I get the Mobile Banking App?

Once you are registered for Online Banking you will be able to download and register for the Mobile Banking App.

Our mobile app is available to NatWest International customers aged 11 or over and have a UK mobile number or have an international number from the countries listed below:

United Kingdom, Spain, Gibraltar, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Poland, France, New Zealand, Belgium, South Africa, United States, Australia, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong.

The mobile app is available on iOS and Android devices via the App or Play store.

Follow the instructions below to register and activate:

  1. Go to the App or Play store on your mobile phone.
  2. Search for Online Banking.
  3. Download the app. Once you have downloaded the app you will be prompted to select "I'm already a customer", then "Get Started".
  4. Please accept our Terms & Conditions.
  5. Enter your Customer Number, followed by your partial PIN and Password.
  6. Confirm your partially displayed mobile phone number.
  7. We will then send you an activation code by text message to the mobile phone number you confirmed. You may need to leave the app to view the text message with the activation code.
  8. Enter the activation code.
  9. You will then be asked to create a passcode which you'll need to log into the Mobile App.
  10. You're ready to start using the mobile banking app.
