How do I get the mobile banking app?

Our mobile app is available to NatWest International customers aged over 11, with Online Banking and a UK mobile or international mobile number from one of these countries: Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

The mobile app is available on iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

Follow the instructions below to register and activate:

  1. Go to the App store on your mobile phone
  2. Search for 'NatWest International' 
  3. Download the app
  4. You will be prompted to accept our Mobile Banking Terms 
  5. We will then ask you to confirm your mobile number so we can send you a one time activation code by text message
  6. Enter activation code
  7. Choose passcode
  8. Enter your Online Banking customer number
  9. Enter requested security details from your Online Banking service
  10. Start using the Mobile app!
